Service Description

ia-pk.com sells access to original practice questions and mock exams for all parts of the CIA exam. Access is granted as a one-time payment for each subscription period.

User Accounts

Accounts are for personal, individual use only. You agree not to share your account or access. Any violation may result in permanent suspension of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property

All practice questions and material provided are original and owned by ia-pk.com. No part of the material may be copied, shared, distributed, or published elsewhere.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ia-pk.com is an independent website owned and operated solely by its creator, Mohammad Awais Siddiqui and has no affiliation, association, endorsement, or partnership with The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) program. The practice questions and materials available on this website are original content developed independently and do not contain actual questions from the CIA exam. Any resemblance or similarity to real CIA exam questions is entirely coincidental.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in [Currency]. Your access becomes available immediately after payment confirmation.

Refund and Cancellation

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy below for details. To prevent abuse, repeat purchases and cancellations from the same account (or email, or user, or payment method) may be limited or denied. See policy details.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Repeatedly purchase, use, and cancel to exploit the refund window
Engage in harmful or fraudulent activity
Violate any applicable laws

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access without refund if you breach these terms or engage in abusive conduct.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
